How do I check the status of an order?
Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a notification with your tracking information. Please use this tracking code to check the status of your order.
How fast is the shipping & fulfilment?
Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday. If you place your order before 11:00 AM, it will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be dispatched the next business day. Please allow extra time during public holidays.
We offer the following shipping options within the UK:

Please allow the time mentioned above for your NutriPaw products to arrive. You will receive an email/ SMS with the tracking code once your order has been shipped.

Yes, we ship to select countries within the European Union (EU). See the details below:

What if my order is lost in the mail?
If your package is lost in transit, please submit a claim to bark@nutri-paw.com within 7 calendar days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you if it is confirmed that the shipping address you provided was correct. It is also advisable to get in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.
Please note: If the tracking information states that an order was delivered but you have not received it, we cannot take responsibility and reship the order. Any replacements in such cases would have to be at your expense.
My order shows it's been returned to sender, what is going on?
If the tracking information indicates that your order was delivered to your address but it was unclaimed, the shipment will be returned to us. New shipping charges will be applied for orders that were unclaimed or had an incorrect address originally provided.
PAYMENT / ORDER ISSUES
I forgot to use a discount code on my order
We understand that these things can happen. Unfortunately, orders that have already been placed cannot be changed. However, you can use your discount code on your next order.
How do I enter a discount code?
To claim your discount, click on the "Checkout" button and the discount code section will appear beneath your ordered item. Enter your code there to apply it to your order.
How do I cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
Why was my order cancelled?
If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, it may have been flagged by our fraud filter as potentially fraudulent. Please reach out to us for further assistance.
