If, after giving the product daily for 45 days, you are not satisfied with the results, we will refund your original purchase.
Please note that we cannot offer a refund if you contact us outside of the 45-day window or if you have not used the product(s) are recommended
For most cats and dogs, one tub should be enough to determine the effectiveness of the chews. Therefore, we can only honor the guarantee for 1 opened tub of chews per household.
If you purchased more than one tub and the chews don't work, we are happy to apply the guarantee to 1 opened tub, while any additional unopened tubs can be returned and refunded separately.
We do not offer refunds if:
- Your pet does not like the taste or smell. The chews can be crumbled into their regular food or hidden in other foods (e.g., meats, peanut butter, or wet cat food) as they remain medically effective.
- You have not checked the ingredients and discover that your pet is allergic to one of them after opening the chews. A full list of ingredients is provided on both the website and the tub. It is your responsibility to ensure the chews are suitable for your pet.

- How much does he/she weigh?
- How many chews a day did you give your pet?
- Did you give the chews every day at the same time? For how long?
- If you didn’t see the desired results, did you double the dosage?
- Is your pet using any type of medication or supplemental food/treat along with this?
- Why are you giving your pet this supplement?
- What specific problems is your pet experiencing?
- Does your pet suffer from any other health conditions? If so, what are they?
